🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Accessible and nurturing yoga

Every day, we offer yoga practices open to all: hatha yoga, hatha flow, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra. Our approach is gentle and adaptable no matter your physical condition, age, or body type. Here, everyone moves at their own pace. Each practice is an invitation to return to yourself, slow down, and fully experience every moment of the journey.

Beginners are more than welcome :)

🥾 Trekking in the Annapurnas

Each retreat offers a trek in the Annapurnas. Because more than a majestic setting, the Annapurnas are a source of inspiration, an invitation to gently push yourself and to experience. The proposed itineraries are accessible to everyone. Each day, we take time to walk, to breathe, to marvel at breathtaking landscapes: rhododendron forests, mountain villages, rice terraces, suspension bridges... all set against the backdrop of the Annapurnas.

🌏 Cultural immersion

A journey to Nepal is also meeting a rich, vibrant, and deeply human culture. You'll explore Kathmandu and Pokhara, visit sacred sites, take part in local rituals, and share simple moments with the people. In Nepal, life is lived fully, simply, with gratitude, in tune with the mountains and the seasons. And of course, there will be surprises! Because Nepal loves the unexpected and can never be completely predicted.

Who are we ?

We are Aurélie and Bijay .

Bijay is Nepali , born in Pokhara , a little corner of paradise nestled at the foot of the Annapurnas. And I, Aurélie, am French . We are both passionate about yoga and certified teachers (200H Yoga Alliance).

Bijay was a trekking guide and yoga teacher in Pokhara for many years. I discovered yoga in France at a time when I was searching for myself , but it was during my very first trip to Nepal that I truly realized the depth of what this practice could offer me. Yoga quickly became part of my daily life, and I went to India to complete my teacher training.

After several years living in Nepal, we have settled in Annecy, France.

We are looking forward to share these experiences with you, to introduce you to what drives us. And to offer you the chance to live your own journey, in your own way… And maybe, take a little piece of Nepal back with you in your heart.

After my first trekking experience in Nepal, I could not not recommend it highly enough, so much so I have since returned! The country is beautiful, the people are generous, the food is delicious. All ground you in a sense of wonder.

Bijay has a vast amount of experience and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Participating in yoga during the trek is so beneficial to encourage a state of mindfulness and appreciation, whether of nature, yourself, your companions, or your place on the Earth.

It was a privilege to spend time there, and I value the memories of my visits, which would not have been so special without Bijay there to guide me through the experience.

I already loved both hiking and yoga, so finding a trip that combined these felt perfect.

The daily yoga and meditation practices led by Bijay were instrumental in clearing fears and comforting the body after the day's walk. It wasn't just physical relief for tired muscles, but a core part of the spiritual journey. Under Bijay's guidance, we built practices that supported both the trek and our personal growth.

His sessions were accessible for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and he skilfully tailored the guidance to our individual needs and the group's energy levels.

I experienced this overwhelming wave of happiness. Just being there, doing what I was doing.

I went on a 4-day, 3-night trek with Bijay in the Annapurna region.

From Thula Kharka to Bhanjyang to Pumdibhundi an idyllic place, a true haven of peace, and finally back to Pokhara. The ascent was smooth and enjoyable. We passed through colorful villages and vibrant forests.

Bijay is an amazing guide. Calm, kind, and always available. His great sense of direction was incredibly valuable more than once.

I loved this trek, the custom itinerary Bijay created, and his presence throughout our days together. He knows the region well and treats nature with deep respect.

A smiling, radiant person I wholeheartedly recommend.
