Our approach
We are Aurélie and Bijay. After spending several years in Nepal, we settled in Annecy.
Through our classes, we aim to share our passion for yoga and help everyone take a step down the path of yoga and toward a simpler, freer, and more authentic life. We are convinced that a single first step, accessible to all, is all it takes to dive down the path of yoga and toward a new way of thinking and living.
Passionate about yoga, we want to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of your age, level or physical condition, and allow everyone to benefit from the advantages of this practice.
Yoga has profoundly changed the way we see things and the world and continues to transform our lives every day.
Today, we want to share our experience with you and create a space where everyone can progress at their own pace.

Who are we?

Aurélie
Hello, I'm Aurélie. I started practicing yoga in 2019, at a time when I needed to find myself. And it was during my very first trip to Nepal that I realized everything this practice could bring me. Yoga quickly became part of my daily life and I went to India to train in Trimurti yoga, in Goa, where I completed my 200H multi-style yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance certified).
I also spent some time at the Sivananda Ashram in India to deepen my practice and understanding of yoga in its entirety. Curious and passionate, I constantly love learning, exploring, and training.
What drives me? Yoga of course, but also travel, nature, naturopathy, people...and also communication, education, social and solidarity economy.
Yoga guides me every day toward a freer and more conscious life. I'm committed to helping everyone reconnect with themselves and live a more aligned and fulfilled life.
Teaching:
My Hatha Flow classes are based on Hatha yoga, and I like to add more fluid and creative transitions and variations. A blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, guided by a theme or the energy of the moment, but always accessible to all.

Bijay
Hello, my name is Bijay, and I’m from Nepal. I have been living in France for the past 2 years.
I started practicing yoga in 2018, and for over seven years, I have been learning, exploring, and growing on this path.
I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) in Hatha Yoga at Purna Yoga Center in Nepal (Yoga Alliance certified), and i have been teaching since then in Nepal and France. My classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga.
In addition to teaching yoga, as I love nature and mountains, I also guided people on Yoga and trekking journeys drawing on my experience as a trekking guide. I am also a guitar passionate.
I spent some time at the Sivananda Ashram in India, where I learned more about yoga and for more spiritual growth.
Yoga has helped me to feel both calm and strong, and I truly enjoy sharing this journey and supporting others to experience the same.
Enseignement :
My classes, accessible to everyone, are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, offering a balance that combines mindful movement with breath awareness.
